We recently stayed at a hotel which was an absolute gem. the hotel's modern design was top, notch, with beautiful concrete and wood details that caught everyone's eye. Staff was beyond helpful, they were welcoming and attentive, willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Spotless clean rooms were nicely designed, with comfortable beds and perfectly fitted amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, it was a real treat to start our day with a wide variety of food options. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the restaurant, serving fusion cuisine that was pleasing to all different tastes.

The only drawback was a temporary technical glitch at the self, check, in station, but it was resolved quickly by the friendly staff.

Loved the fact that the hotel is located near my business meetings. This saved me some precious time and money on transportation. Another great aspect was the beautiful and modern design of the rooms. I felt like I was staying in a high-end luxury hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, especially the variety of options offered.

I was disappointed with the state of the air conditioning, as it was challenging to adjust. Also, the bed was too hard for my taste and that made it challenging for me to have a good night's sleep. Lastly, the hotel was unable to fix the hot water during my stay, leaving me with a cold shower on my last day, and there was no compensation offered. while there were some positives, the negatives left me feeling underwhelmed by my experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near my workplace and provided me with a comfortable stay during my business trip. the staff was accommodating and offered to organize a quick breakfast for me to take on, the, go as I had to leave early in the morning. the restaurant had a nice variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented.

I did experience a delay during check, in due to a technical issue with the self, check, in machine.

The location was perfect, giving me easy access to all the attractions in the area. The room service was top-notch, with prompt and efficient service. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping the room clean and tidy. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a fitness centre, sauna, and sun terrace, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were also much appreciated. the service and facilities provided here were exceptional.

This place is highly recommended for families.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was immaculate and the hotel facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly, even offering lunch packages and accommodating late arrivals with pre-ordered dinners. Breakfast was excellent and the location made for convenient transportation.
